3) Provide details about your problem or question, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

3) To help us quickly resolve your issue, please include the following information:

• Your UserID or Nickname (or a QR code linked to your account)
• Your phone model
• The number of coins you remember having
• If applicable, details of any gift cards you’ve won
